## Current work

Head of AI at Almanak (2022–now), a DeFi stack for quants. Manages AI-native teams of humans and agents. Designed a 12-agent framework from scratch (strategist, quant, coder, QA, reviewer) that produces institutional-grade DeFi strategies deployed as ERC-7540 vaults.

Established results: $200M+ AUM on strategies, $1B+ volume traded, 15+ chains in production. Has shipped AI products to thousands of users — not just prototypes. Production ML pipelines: ETL → train → fine-tune → serve.

Stack includes LangGraph, Pydantic AI, MCP, A2A, x402, Codex, Grok, Claude, Kimi, Kubeflow, WandB, Python, SQL, BigQuery, DBT; EVM (Solidity, web3.py, Anvil, Tenderly, Alchemy, vaults, RWAs); chains including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Hyperliquid, Avalanche; protocols including Uniswap V3, Aave, Morpho, Pendle, Ethena.

## Path

- 2006–2013: Software & automation engineer (CAE, Videotron, SynergX) — real-time/embedded C/C++, flight simulators, telecom, industrial 3D vision, deployed in 10+ countries.
- 2015–2022: PhD in computational neuroscience, Université de Montréal. Closed-loop BCI / cognitive training (EEG, attention, visual working memory). Lectured advanced C at ÉTS.
- 2015–2022: Co-founder & Executive Director of NeuroTechX — 19,000+ members, 30+ chapters, 300+ events.
- 2019–2022: Co-founder & CSTO of NeuroTechX Services (consulting and recruiting). Exited in 2022.
- 2012: first multilayer perceptron. 2017: Bengio/Courville graduate deep-learning class (IFT6266). 2024: updated MOABB BCI benchmark. 2026: KitchenLoop.
